We are proud to announce that SAM Drylining are working closely in partnership with Melin Homes Housing Association, Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, Job Centre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions to provide work placement opportunities for those wishing to get a taste of working life in the Construction Industry.
Potential candidates will firstly undertake realistic interviews with SAM Drylining to improve their interview techniques, the successful candidates will then be rewarded with two weeks of work experience on real life construction sites for them to decide if a career in construction is right for them. The scheme is unique in the way it operates as the candidates will not forfeit their benefits whilst on the programme.
